PLATINUM CARD WITH REWARDS PROGRAM INFORMATION
You will receive 10,000 bonus points upon a total of $500 in purchases within the first three months. Points earned under the KeyBank Rewards Program accumulate on the basis of one (1) point per dollar spent on purchases. Your account must be open and not be in default under any Card Agreement. Cash advances, balance transfers, convenience checks, returned purchases, disputed or unauthorized/fraudulent transactions, fees, and finance charges do not earn points unless specifically stated otherwise.

Maximum point accumulations are 10,000 per month, 120,000 per year. We may revise the Program or any portion thereof with 90 days prior written notice. Rewards may be terminated, substituted or changed without prior notification. Certain conditions and limitations apply to this program. *PLEASE NOTE: The 10,000 bonus points offer and the 0% APR on balance transfers for 12 months offer are only available with the Platinum card with Rewards. If you do not meet our criteria for the Platinum card with Rewards, your application will be considered in turn, for the Gold or Classic card. These offers do not apply to the Gold and Classic cards and the Gold and Classic cards do not have the same benefits as the Platinum card with Rewards.

1 Platinum card with Rewards: After the promotional period, the standard APR for purchases will be applied to all remaining balance transfer amounts. (As of March 21, 2008, the standard variable APR for purchases: 13.24%; The standard variable APR for cash advances: 20.24%).
Gold card: As of March 21, 2008, the standard variable APR for purchases and balance transfers: 15.24%; the standard variable APR for cash advances: 20.24%.

For the Platinum card with Rewards, Gold, and Classic cards: However, if you are in default under any Card Agreement, we may automatically increase the rate on all balances (including any promotional balances) to a variable default rate of 29.24%.
The minimum finance charge - $0.50. Foreign purchase transaction fee - 3.0% of the purchase amount after its conversion into U.S. dollars. The transaction fee for cash advances - 3.0% of the amount of each cash advance, but not less than $5. The transaction fee for balance transfers - 3.0% of the amount of each balance transfer, $5 minimum, $75 maximum.
