To be eligible for this promotion, you must enroll using your eligible American Express® Card account number (the 15-digit number on your Card) by August 31, 2006. Please have your Card available when you enroll, as you will also need your Card ID number, the 4-digit number printed above your account number on the Card.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This offer is good for solicited Cardmembers only. First, contact your service providers and have your bill charged to your eligible, enrolled American Express® Card. Then, log on to americanexpress.com/paytwobills to enroll for the promotion by August 31, 2006. Bonus points will be credited to your account 12-14 weeks after the charges appear on your American Express statement. 2,000 point/ $20 cash back/2,000 miles/2,000 Starpoints/2,000 Hilton HHonors bonus point maximum.

In some instances, it may take more than one billing cycle before initial paid amounts are posted to your American Express Card account. Blue Cash
Cash rebate awarded annually based upon the first $50,000 of purchases. Rebate calculated on a per-purchase basis. For the first $6,500 of annual purchases, the rebate is 1% for Everyday Purchases and 0.50% for all other purchases; and for annual purchases between $6,500.01 and $50,000, the rebate is 5% for Everyday Purchases and 1.5% for all other purchases. Everyday purchases are purchases made at U.S. supermarkets, gas stations, and drugstores that are not departments of superstore or warehouse clubs. Cash and cash equivalent transactions (including balance transfers, cash advances, or the purchase of American Express Travelers Cheques and Gift Cheques), finance charges, fees, returned goods or services, and account adjustments do not earn a rebate. Delta
In each year of Cardmembership, your mileage earnings are limited to $60,000 of eligible spending, not including bonuses. However, one SkyMile® for each U.S. dollar of eligible spending on Delta charges will be awarded above this limit. Bonus miles will be posted to your Delta SkyMiles account 8 to 12 weeks after the end of each month. To be eligible to receive bonus miles, Cardmember's account must be active and not in default at time of bonus fulfillment. Balance transfers, Express Cash, Cash Advances, U.S. Savings Bonds transactions, and American Express Travelers Cheques and Gift Cheques do not earn SkyMiles. All SkyMiles program rules apply.
