Sony Card is issued by Chase Bank USA, NA, and is subject to credit approval. To qualify for this offer, you must apply for your new Sony Card by 3/14/09. When first single sales receipt purchase is made equal or greater than $349 within 45 days of Sony Card account open will automatically qualify customer for $200 Statement Credit. Statement Credit will be posted to their Sony Card Statement within 8-12 weeks from Qualifying Purchase (first purchase does not include balance transfer or balance transfer checks) account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment.
