4) Close the window with application form.
5) Apply via the pop-up window with 20,000-point offer that will open after you close the original application form.

According to some unconfirmed reports, if you convert the Elite card to a regular card within 45 days, you can avoid (!) paying $75 annual fee for this card. If you have managed to do so, please let us know.
