1) This Citi® / AAdvantage® card offer is valid only for first-time Citi® / AAdvantage® cardmembers who apply pursuant to this offer for an account by February 28, 2011. The American Airlines AAdvantage® miles will appear as a bonus in your AAdvantage® account 8-10 weeks after you have met the purchase requirements.

3) The maximum number of American Airlines AAdvantage® miles you can earn from purchases using the Citi® Platinum Select® / AAdvantage® Visa Signature® card and the Citi Select® / AAdvantage® American Express® card is 100,000 AAdvantage® miles per calendar year, and 150,000 AAdvantage® miles per calendar year with the CitiBusiness® / AAdvantage® Visa® card. AAdvantage® bonus miles are excluded from this mileage cap. AAdvantage Executive Platinum,® AAdvantage Platinum® and AAdvantage Gold® members are excluded from these limits. AAdvantage® miles are only earned on eligible purchases.

Passenger is responsible for taxes, fees and charges in association with use of companion certificate. Your certificate will arrive 8-10 weeks after account approval; details, certain restrictions, conditions and restricted dates apply, and will be disclosed on the certificate. Your certificate must be used in conjunction with travel purchased on your Citi® / AAdvantage® card. Minimum fare is $299 and must be booked in H, V, M, L, K or W inventory for travel within the 48 contiguous states. Redemption of the certificate allowed only when used with a second ticket booked by phone through American Airlines reservations or through airport or city ticket offices. Such tickets are an additional $20 and $30 more, respectively, than tickets purchased through www.aa.com. The latter amounts do not apply to AAdvantage Executive Platinum® members and AAirpass® customers. All such additional amounts are subject to change.

5) For the Citi® Platinum Select® / AAdvantage® Visa Signature® card and the Citi Select® / AAdvantage® American Express® card: The standard variable APR for purchases - 15.24%; standard variable APR for cash advances – 25.24%. The variable Penalty APR is up to 29.99% and may be applied if you make a late payment or make a payment that is returned. The annual fee for both cards is $85. However, this fee is waived for the first 12 months. Also, other fees will be assessed. Minimum interest charge - $0.50. Fee for foreign purchases – 3% of each purchase transaction in U.S. dollars. Cash advance fee – Either $10 or 5% of the amount of each cash advance, whichever is greater. Balance transfer fee – Either $5 or 3% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater.
