UPDATE:
I got an email from Chase Sony and I posted this message. I too searched online but could not see anywhere. Hence, I called customer service. They said that I have this offer. When I asked him whether this is only for selected customers or for everyone, he gave a vague reply.

Hence, card holders can call and confirm and then do 3 transactions. 75$ for one call.....I will go for it !
