Note: According to this site, you can exchange 7500 points earned on travel purchases for a $100 account statement.
You can also redeem 6500 points for a $50 cash reward. You can likely get a better rate redeeming for gift cards. However, I could not find a way to check their gift card catalog. The card has $30 annual fee.

Terms:

To be eligible for the welcome bonus you must charge your first $500 of spend on your new Blue Sky from American Express account within 60 days. The 60-day period is evaluated from the date your Blue Sky Card is issued to the date ending 60 days thereafter. Qualifying purchases must appear on a billing statement without being subject to a purchase credit. Bonus points will be awarded 6-8 weeks after first $500 of spend appears on your monthly billing statement. This offer is valid for first-time Blue Sky Cardmembers only. You may be permitted to have more than one Blue Sky from American Express account; however, you are eligible to receive the welcome bonus for only one Blue Sky from American Express account.
